Pollyanna is a qualified level 3 personal trainer and has also expanded into Strength and Conditioning through workshops in olympic weightlifting, plyometrics, agility and speed. Pollyanna has also got qualifications in kettlebells, spinning and circuits. Pollyanna focuses on injury prevention and rehabilitation with individuals and teams. She particularly likes working outdoors and is also happy to do home visits.
